The firm is currently managed by 3 chartered accountant partners, supported by 49 highly qualified staff: accountants, auditors, management and finance experts, and tax experts who are available to advise and support you in all your projects.

Jolie RACHEL BENGA NSUNGI

Managing Partner AGeC SARL

With over 25 years of experience in auditing, financial governance, and development project management, she holds an MBA and a degree in Business and Finance. She started at KPMG DRC before managing projects funded by international institutions. Since 2021, she has been Managing Partner of AGeC SARL, where she oversees the strategy and quality of assignments.

Emmanuel MAKENGO MANUNGA

Partner AGeC SARL

Chartered accountant and statutory auditor with over 25 years of experience in auditing, governance, and financial management. With an MBA (Frankfurt School/UPC) and a degree in applied economics (UNIKIN), he has led numerous assignments for KPMG DRC and supported projects funded by the World Bank, the AfDB, the EU, and other donors. Since 2011, he has been a partner at AGeC SARL, responsible for auditing, studies, and quality control.

Joseph DHENA NDAHORA

Partner AGeC SARL

With over 30 years of experience in auditing, taxation and financial governance, a graduate in business and financial sciences and a member of ONEC, IIA and IFACI, he has led statutory audit and tax advisory missions for companies, public entities and projects financed by international donors. An expert in OHADA, SYSCOHADA, IFRS and ISA, he now supports AGeC SARL clients in optimizing their governance and compliance.

Our collaborators

For the smooth implementation of the mandates entrusted to the Firm, AGeC uses qualified, trained and experienced personnel (internal or consultant) in the conduct of similar activities and especially its staff specialized in fiduciary management of development projects and programs financed by international donors.

AGeC also offers to work in groups with other firms for complex missions and/or for which it needs to acquire experience from its team.

Furthermore, since 2015, AGeC has implemented an ambitious skills development program for young Congolese graduates from major universities in the DRC. To date, approximately 30 young graduates have been trained and are currently being supervised in accounting and the management of development projects and programs.

Samuel Victoire Dhena Amani

Partner – Actuarial Expert & Risk Management

Internationally trained actuary (MSc Actuarial Science, UT Dallas), with over 5 years of experience in insurance and finance in the USA and the DRC. A partner at AGeC SARL since 2011, he works on product modeling, solvency, regulatory compliance, and technical reserve optimization. Rigorous and performance-oriented, he supports clients in their strategic decisions through innovative actuarial solutions.

Andrew-John BONGI BLACKSON

Audit & Social Manager

With over 20 years of experience, he has worked in the fields of auditing, financial management, public governance and strategic consulting. His career has led him to high-level positions, including as Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of TRANSCO, Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister's Office, as well as international consultant for programs funded by the World Bank, UNDP, AfDB and the EU.

Guy Patience NGITUKA

Accounting and Tax Manager

With nearly 15 years of experience in taxation, accounting and auditing, a graduate in Applied Economic Sciences (UNIKIN), he is an expert in corporate taxation, financial accounting (SYSCOHADA, IFRS, SYCEBNL) and support for SMEs. Before joining AGeC SARL in 2022 as Accounting Supervisor and Management Consultant, he held management positions in various firms and companies, managing audits, tax support and team management. A multilingual speaker, he combines technical expertise and strategic advice to companies and development projects.

Moise Christian AKILIMALI

Senior Auditor & Financial Advisor

Holder of a Master's degree in Financial Engineering (ISM Dakar), Mr. Christian Akilimali has more than 7 years of experience in auditing, consulting and financial management for public, private and international organizations. Since 2023 at AGeC SARL, he has carried out audits, organizational diagnostics and evaluations for UNDP, UNICEF and projects financed by the World Bank and the AfDB, mastering SYSCOHADA, IFRS, ISA and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Multilingual and rigorous, he optimizes reporting and data reliability in complex environments.

Fred Maick NZENZEKI

Senior ICT Expert

A computer engineer (UNIKIN), Fred Nzenzeki has over 5 years of experience in network administration, web development and information systems management. An expert in IT maintenance, cybersecurity and digitalization, he has supported institutions and companies (Vodacom Foundation, Congolese Embassy, schools) in implementing innovative digital solutions. Versatile and results-oriented, he is proficient in Windows & Linux, web technologies and databases, applying Agile methodologies to optimize organizational performance.
